John Jamison, writing his fiction as J. B., is a life-long believer in the power of stories. Throughout his varied career, stories have played a critical role in his work and have remained a passion throughout his life.\nJohn grew up in a small, river town in Illinois, and describes his childhood as, “Tom Sawyerish, with a blend of Wizard of Oz”. He draws from his unique life story as he now focuses more of his time on his writing, both his fiction and his books for young readers and listeners under the name of Pops Jamison. Most importantly, John is the proud grandpa of Benjamin William and Emily Grace, the future rulers of the real and virtual universes.\n
